Ramblings of a Sane ManIraq: An Odd LiberationThe Bush Administration claims to have liberated Iraq, but if so it is an odd liberation. Why? The U.S. is destroying the very foundation of Iraq: its families. Millions of Iraqi men, women and children have been killed or severely injured and many Iraqi children have been orphaned. Consumed by fear and led by a fanatical President, the U.S. is sinking into endless wars, bringing death, destruction and despair on others and moral degradation on itself. Is there hope? Absolutely. It is not too late for us to rescue ourselves and the world with us. How To Protect Yourself From The Coming Financial CrisisAre you prepared for the coming financial crisis? It will be the worst since The Great Depression, as the dollar's value will be cut in half, real estate will lose 1/3 of it's value and millions will lose their jobs. Candlelight Vigil No. 128, 7/9/08"Did you lose anyone over there," asked a 60 ish man from his car. The Candlelight Vigils are typically held Wednesdays from 6 pm to 7 pm in Torrance, CA. Please join me by lighting a candle each Wednesday evening for an hour, wherever you are, such as in the privacy of your home or office. If you do, you will find that candle's glow is magic as it brings these people into your heart, and it helps you to feel a sense of humanity. It may even touch your soul. |
